At Mel's LifeLab, we are committed to your satisfaction and the quality of every coaching experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.
Refunds for single sessions are available in the following circumstances:
If Mel's LifeLab cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
For multi-session programmes (e.g. The Reset, Reclaim, Renew):
We make this policy clear at the outset because coaching programmes require significant preparation and commitment from both sides. We encourage you to raise any concerns early so we can address them.
For group workshops and the Burnout Reset Circle:
Places in group programmes are limited. Late cancellations prevent others from joining, which is why a stricter policy applies.
Personalised written materials (nutrition plans, lifestyle protocols, recipe guides) that have already been prepared and delivered are non-refundable, as they represent significant time and expertise.
To request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible at melaniepstienstra@proton.me or +41 (0) 79 451 78 75. Please include your name, the date of your session or programme, and the reason for your request.
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank transfer or TWINT) within 10 business days.
If you feel that a session did not meet a reasonable standard of quality, we want to hear from you. We will always try to find a fair resolution — whether that is a complimentary follow-up session, a credit, or a refund at our discretion.
